Luna Culture Lab offers a state of the art Focus Group Room to help private or public institutions conduct research on a variety of topics. A Focus Group Room allows preselected individuals from diverse backgrounds to discuss ideas, opinions and reactions to current events, products, services or consumer trends.
Representatives from a company or organization can listen in to the conversations being discussed inside our focus group room as a way to better improve their products or services to their clients.
A professional moderator works closely with the company to facilitate the conversation with the participants. The Focus Group discussions usually last 1-2 hours and observers are able to take notes while noticing behaviors and reactions to the questions being answered.
